In 2018, the restaurant project Temporärt X Brag was launched, a collaboration with chef and finalist in Chef of the Year 2014 Martin Brag. By releasing tickets to our unknown five-course menu in a secret location via a website, we have created a respected dining experience that challenges the traditional way of fine dining. The collaboration has hosted about 30 dinners with both private individuals and companies. The project has attracted attention in Milk Decoration, A Quiet Day, White Guide, Yatzer and others.
